Happy Fall!
I apologize for this newsletter being a day late! There's been a lot of sickness in my house and my kids are home from school today so things are a little crazy!
Autumn is here! It's my favorite season for so many reasons! The cooler temperatures, the colors, the smells, and of course pumpkin spice. Yes, I'm one of those people :) Plus, my birthday is in October and so is my husband’s :) I’ve got the fall decorations up around the house and it always makes me so happy. Fall doesn’t come to Florida like it does to much of the rest of the world so I try to bring it to me.
Is anyone else looking forward to Halloween? We drive to my parent’s neighborhood every year and the kids do their trick or treating there. It’s very lively and the decorations are elaborate. It’s lots of fun.

Everest Jones lost the love of his life two Christmases ago. He’s had a hard time coping ever since. And sometimes he feels like he is drowning in his grief. On top of that he’s been raising three young kids on his own and barely managing to make ends meet. He’s exhausted, overwhelmed, depressed, and lonely. Can anyone or anything change that? Can he find a reason to hope again this Christmas, to let someone in to the broken pieces of his heart and allow himself to love again?
Levi Washington is no stranger to grief himself. At 25 he’s lost more than most, and he’s moved to Arizona to make a new start for himself. Running into his student and her family at the school’s trunk or treat event turns his world upside down when he finds himself instantly attracted to the handsome single father. But Everest is determined to keep Levi at bay, and Levi has to do everything he can to convince the older man that he is what Levi wants, despite his pain and insecurities. That the two of them just might be what the other needs to help make each other whole.
This book contains sexual content and is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.
CW: Please note that while these topics are handled with the utmost care, this story does deal heavily with grief and loss, both of partners and parents due to illness or accidents. Nothing is on page, but there are discussions of loss and grief. An HEA is promised for the MCs and there is plenty heart, tenderness, family feels and swoon

WIP UPDATE!
In other book news I wanted to share with you that I’ve recently started writing a Stepbrother story! I’m very excited about it (and nervous too!) When I started out writing it I was intending for it to be light hearted and steamy. The steam is definitely still going strong with these boys, but there’s much more of a hurt/comfort aspect than I expected. But what can I do, except tell the story these boys need to tell?
They’re sexy, possessive, broken, and beautiful. It’s a bit different than the other stories I’ve written but I’m hoping you all will enjoy it. I’m up to 26k words right now and I’m guessing it will be between 50k and 60k when I’m finished, but we’ll see what happens. I just have to let Rome and Sebastian lead the way!
That’s all for now! And as always, if you enjoyed a book of mine please don’t hesitate to reach out and let me know. It always makes my day and keeps me going :)
Happy Fall, Y’all!
Much love, Felicity
